Policies

  • Refunds: All services are NON REFUNDABLE including extensions services, color and cuts. Before each appointment I will conduct a thorough consultation to determine price, desired outcome and potential aftercare. If you are unhappy with your service you are welcome to contact me within 48 hours and we can discuss a game plan.

  • Cancellations: If you have to cancel or reschedule your hair appointment please do so at least 24 hours before your scheduled time. If something comes up a 50% fee of projected service will be required before I can rebook your appointment.

  • Late policy: If you are more than 15 minutes late to your appointment it will have to be rescheduled and a 50% charge may be required.

  • No shows: If you don’t contact me before your appointment and are unable to come a 50-100% charge will be required before I can rebook your appointment.

  • A card will be kept on file to keep your appointment, this card doesn’t have to be the one you use to pay for your appointment but will be where a cancel/late fee will be charged. I use Vagaro to create invoices and if you need a receipt.

  • Please talk to me if something comes up and you are unable to make it, I understand things happen and am always understanding.
